started great. now having a lot of issues! recently it started acting up and now when I try to analyze my data it says " My basic information has changed And the comparison results may be significantly different." I don't understand what that error means. I didn't change anything. it was so nice to monitor my weight loss journey with more than just my weight with all the data that this scale provided. But now I don't even know if the information is reliable..

It use to work, and was pretty good. Now though, I can no longer get the app to connect to my scale after it logged me out. It keeps saying turn on blu tooth, which is already on. I followed the prompts to connect, and nothing happens. I tried uninstalling the app, but now can't get back in because I forgot my password, and the 'forgot password' link didn't work. So frustrating!!!!!!

for me it does not work. I have a Google computer and Google pixel phone and I loaded up the app but it won't connect. the app says my Bluetooth is "disconnected" but my Bluetooth is not disconnected. my Bluetooth is always on. also, I lost all my data that rates you on many diameters and it just won't reappear. when I hit details it won't open as of the last week or two. so Ali it's a nice scale. all it tells me is my BMI which anyone can figure out just by using your height and weight.
